Hurricane De[Fence] is a new building material primarily used for building city structures such as road medians, park benches, and sound barriers. Indonesias large plastics industry effectively provides enough man power to produce these blowmolded building blocks for quick and easy distribution.

At this breaking point, the structure will break apart and act as a flotation device. Pieces of the De[Fence] system can be gathered up to build emergency shelters after the disaster.
